Jelly Fruitcake

What You Need:
  • 200 grams ready-made fruitcake
  • 3 small cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3 cups ready-made jelly
  • 1 packet Gems
  • Crumble rd of the fruitcake in a glass bowl.
  • Chop 1 cup of the jelly into small pieces and sprinkle it over the crumbled cake.
  • Spoon 1 cup of vanilla ice cream over the jelly.
  • Repeat the 3 steps until you get 3 layers of fruitcake, jelly and ice cream.
  • Scatter a handful of Gems on top to complete the dish. Your jelly fruitcake is ready!
