No Bake Cake

What You Need:
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 200ml cream
  • 200 grams cooking chocolate
  • 50 grams chocolate powder (cocoa)
  • 1 packet biscuits
  • 1 small packet chikki
  • 6 readymade mawa cupcakes
  • Line the baking tin with butter and butter paper.
  • Ask an adult to heat the cream in a microwave. Take it off the heat and add 200 grams of chocolate to it to make a ganache.
  • Dip some biscuits in milk and line them at the base of the tin.
  • Break up some of the mawa cupcakes and crumble them over the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle some chocolate powder on top.
  • Pour some chocolate ganache over the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle some crushed chikki over the chocolate.
  • Repeat steps 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 till you reach the top of the cake tin. You should have about 4 layers of the biscuits.
  • Cool your cake for 2 hours. Demould from the tin, cut and serve cold.
