It was Ria and Rehaan’s birthday! Yahoo! Their friends had come over to celebrate and after a really fun-filled birthday, both of their parents had called them to go into a room. Ria was confused and Rehaan refused to go as he hated closed and tight spaces, but after a whole lot of consideration, both of them agreed to go.
They stepped inside the room, they recognised this room very well. It was their parents’ room. They were searching the room when Ria heard a noise, “ahhhhhhhhh!”. It was Rehaan! Ria walked over in shock. She was trembling with fear. It was a trapdoor in the rug! Ria was surprised as she was usually on cleaning duty in her parents’ room, yet she had never noticed it. She contemplated going, but went anyway.
It was a huge slide and she hated slides because she had fallen down once as a child. After a while, she heard a thump.” Must be Rehaan. nothing bad could have happened. Right?” She slowed down at the perfect moment and gracefully landed. Suddenly, she saw something, it was moving around. She crept near it slowly and steadily, but what she saw made her laugh in this serious moment.
It was Rehaan! She chuckled at the sight of him. “ Hey! Don’t laugh at me, “ said Rehaan with a grumpy voice. “Why? You look hilarious,” she laughed at his state and helped him up. “Let’s search for a way to get out. I can’t believe Mum and Dad sent us here!” Ria had always been really close to her father. They started searching again, but this time, it was Ria who found something but she didn’t fall. Hehe, lucky her.
