Aircraft manufacturer Airbus has decided to create a sustainable aircraft named ZEROe. The hydrogen-hybrid aircraft will be powered by modified gas turbine engines and will be put into service by 2035. It will be designed to carry 120 to 200 passengers and travel across 3,200kms. This concept aircraft will prove that aeroplanes can achieve zero-emission flights and also demonstrate how the aviation industry could reduce its environmental impact.
