What You Need:
- 4 tablespoons muesli, powdered
- 2 tablespoons makhana, powdered
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon jaggery
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon nuts powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate
- 1 tablespoon choco chips
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Ask a parent or adult to help you with this recipe.
- Take a bowl and add the muesli, makhana, jaggery, melted chocolate, nuts powder, vanilla essence and peanut butter.
- Use a spoon to mix everything and then with clean hands, mix the choco chips into the mixture.
- Dampen your palms with milk, place a teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Press it with your palms to make a cookie.
- Put the cookies in an airtight container and put it in the fridge for at least an hour. This will help the chocolate and peanut butter harden and make the cookie crunchy.
- Enjoy these cookies with your milk or as an evening snack.
