Fruit and Muesli Brekkie


What You Need:
  • 1 cup muesli
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt or thick curd
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry puree or crush
  • ¼ cup sliced bananas
  • ¼ cup sliced grapes
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate
  • ¼ cup sliced kiwi
  • 1 teaspoon mix of nuts and dry fruits
  • ½ teaspoon chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Rajgira puffs
  • 2 tablespoons melted chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Ask a parent or adult to help you with this recipe.
  • Mix the strawberry crush and the yoghurt and keep it aside.
  • Add the milk and rajgira puffs to the melted chocolate. Mix well and keep it aside.
  • Assemble the ingredients in a mason jar in layers starting with the muesli, followed by the yoghurt and strawberry mix and top it with banana.
  • Keep repeating the layers of muesli and yoghurt and add other fruits like pomegranate, kiwi and grapes.
  • Top it with the melted chocolate mixture, chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Garnish with some fresh pomegranate seeds and chill it before serving.
