What You Need:
- Cottage cheese (paneer) - 200gms
- Sweet corn kernels, boiled and drained - 1 cup
- Green capsicum - 1 medium
- Pickled gherkins - 2
- Pickled onions - 2 to 3
- Black olives, pitted - 8 to 10
- Iceberg lettuce - 1/4 medium head
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon
- Chilli-vinegar sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ask a parent or adult to help with this recipe
- Cut the green capsicum, pickled gherkins and pickled onions into small pieces. Halve the black olives and add them to a mixing bowl.
- Tear lettuce and add. Add boiled corn.
- For the dressing mix mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and chilli-vinegar sauce.
- Break half the paneer into small pieces and add. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of dressing and toss the salad ensuring that all the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
- Break the remaining paneer and add.
- Transfer the salad into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
