What You Need:
- 1 medium watermelon, peeled, seeded and chopped roughly
- 10 to 15 fresh mint leaves
- A pinch of black salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ask a parent or adult to help you with this recipe.
- Blend together the watermelon and mint leaves in a blender to a fine purée.
- Add black salt and lemon juice and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
