Matific's Annual Mathematics Competition is Now in India!

What's On

The Junior Maths Championship is a friendly online maths competition aimed at improving students' confidence and maths skills. The competition is open to all primary school-aged students.

Why should you join the competition?

There are many reasons why your class and school should participate in the Junior Maths Championship. Not only is there over ₹7 lac worth of cash prizes for schools, trophies and medals up for grabs, but you will also get full access to Matific's world-leading maths learning platform during the competition period.

This is a great opportunity for teachers and parents to get children excited and motivated to learn maths in a fun and interactive environment that encourages exploration and critical thinking skills.

How does the competition work?

Students participating in the Junior Maths Championship need to complete maths activities using the app or desktop version of the platform to earn stars (or points). The more activities students complete and the better they score the more stars they earn.

To provide a variety of ways to win prizes, the competition has three separate categories: Schools, Classes, and Students. At the end of the competition the top three schools with the highest average of stars will be awarded cash prizes. Participating classes with the highest average of stars will also be eligible for prizes as will individual students who have earned the most stars compared to their peers.
