This poem represents the thoughts of a girl who was stranded in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. She left this note behind before dying of thirst.
"PRECIOUS WATER"
Water water all around,
But not a drop to drink!
Ahh!
Now I know fresh water,
is as precious as a diamond ring!
Taps running, overflowing tanks,
are such a huge waste!
Everyone should stop making,
such terrible mistakes!
Remember a single drop of water,
could give me a chance to live!
"SAVING WATER" is the best gift,
To humanity you can give!!
