Ragi Bourbon Biscuits

- ½ cup ragi flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cold butter cubed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
grams dark chocolate compound
- 25 grams fresh cream
the chocolate into small pieces and place in the microwave safe bowl.
the fresh cream and heat it for 30 secs in the microwave mix and let
it cool before using.
a ragi flour on a low flame for a few minutes.
the ragi whole wheat atta and baking powder together.
the cold cubed butter and mix with your fingers to get a coarse crumb
- Add the milk one tbsp at a time and form a dough cover it
with cling film and keep in the fridge for 15-20 mins.Roll
it out on a floured surface and cut into rectangles make holes with a
toothpick and sprinkle some sugar place on a grease pan or silicon
mat and bake for 15-20 mins at 170 degree c.
them cool before adding the chocolate to one biscuit and placing
another on top.
