Class 4 Student Bags Karate Bronze

Kiara Mittal, a class 4 student at Reliance Foundation School, Navi Mumbai, bagged a bronze medal in the karate kumite event and a gold medal in the karate kata event at the Funakoshi Independence Cup 2022 that was held at Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi Krida Sankul, Mumbai, in the presence of grandmaster Kevin Funakoshi. She is also the ambassador of Mother India Care, an NGO, and spreads the message of ‘a conscious shift for a conscious planet’. For her work with the NGO, she was felicitated by the governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari.
