14 children authored interesting storybooks that highlight critical environmental problems under a mentoring programme called Earth Authors Program (EAP). EAP has been developed by Youth Conservation Action Network (YouCan) in partnership with Cogitation Club. It mentors children to write and publish storybooks based on their own observations, explorations and experiences with nature. The storybooks are well-illustrated and have interesting animal characters. They describe problems faced by various species of animals due to pollution, deforestation, hunting and human greed.
