

Shohini Sinha, a woman of Indian origin, has been appointed as the assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Victim Services Division.
Shohini Sinha, a woman of Indian origin, has been appointed as the assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Victim Services Division. Prior to this, Sinha led law enforcement efforts while serving in the capacity of special agent managing the Salt Lake City Field Office, Utah, USA. Sinha, who is an alumnus of Purdue University, USA, became part of the FBI in 2001. In her career spanning more than 20 years, she has been involved in numerous investigations including cybercriminal and counter-terrorism investigations. Her career experience encompasses temporary deployments in Baghdad, London and Guantanamo Bay.
