Once I met a brain without a face,
I found out it lives in a screen-lit place.
It does not sleep, nor does it eat,
But always knows when to repeat.
It speaks in code, but learns my way,
And grows with me, day by day.
But I should say, it weighs a lot,
Not in pounds, but surely in thoughts.
It helps me with everything –
Whether math, science or listening to me.
It never judges nor condescends
But helps me like my ever best friend.
But I wonder many a time,
Does this brain feel emotions just like mine?
Of course, it is smart and new, I can’t deny,
Yet, it isn’t a human, no matter we try.
So, here we are, where we find,
That a robot is just a mind,
But we all know the perfect soul,
Is when the mind meets the core.
