Varsha Seshan on Writing Verse

If I asked you what you read most often, what would you say? If you were being truthful, you would probably say WhatsApp messages, memes and social media posts. We read nugget-sized information and seem to have moved away from lengthy paragraphs to short, succinct writing. And this is what makes me feel that perhaps verse would be a space worth exploring, simply because it says so much with so little.
