The Ultimate Battle for Glory in Women’s Cricket

The 2025 Women’s Cricket World Cup will be played in India and Sri Lanka from September 30 to November 2. This will be the ODI (50-over match) version of the tournament. A separate World Cup is also held for the T20 format (20-over matches). This year’s Women’s World Cup will be the 13th edition of the tournament, which is organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC)—the global governing body of cricket.

A total of eight teams will be taking part in the 2025 Women’s World Cup. Apart from co-hosts India and Sri Lanka, the other teams participating in the event are Australia, New Zealand, England, South Africa, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Matches will be played across five venues—Bengaluru, Visakhapa
