Sportswear brand Nike, toy company Lego and a design company named OLA Shanghai partnered to transform a simple area in a school in Shanghai, China, into a colourful, engaging playground. The companies have developed a modular playground in Baoshan No 2 Central Primary School, featuring blocks, monkey bars and numerous creative elements that enable children to adopt creativity while playing. The playground has orange, yellow and red hues and creative seating elements installed along the sides. The playground’s shape models that of a Lego brick and recycled shoes were used to craft its flooring.
