To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the well known board game Monopoly, the British postal company, Royal Mail, rolled out 10 stamps based on the board game. These stamps feature Coventry Street, Park Lane, Old Kent Road and other places portrayed on the board game. This collection became available for sale in October and Royal Mail also rolled out postbox-shaped board tokens to mark the occasion. This initiative recognises the game’s history through creativity and design.
