It states that there is a fabric of space-time and objects warp it, thus resulting in gravity.
Here is an example:
You take a heavy ball and place it at the center of the trampoline. Then you take a smaller ball and place it on the edge. The ball then rolls down to the center of the trampoline. This all happens because of gravity.
It is the same way with space. Like in our solar system, the is the heavy ball, and all the planets are the small balls, and orbit the sun.
