Jain has over two decades of experience and has been associated with well-known technology companies such as Google and Amazon during his career. In his new role, he will be expected to handle several challenges and responsibilities, helping Meta India manage and follow regulations and plan strategies. He will also collaborate with regulators, ensuring the efficient operation of Meta in India. As the Indian government is establishing new rules to address various digital problems and the utilisation of artificial intelligence (AI), Jain will ensure that Meta complies with them.
