A designer based in Dublin, Ireland, named Cara Campos has created furniture from components of bicycles by maintaining their geometric shape. Campos’ collection, called ‘Objects from Frames’, features a table, lamp and chair that have been made using the frames of bicycles. The furniture incorporates very few new resources and maintains the marks of the cycles’ use, including scratches and other flaws. The furniture’s design combines novelty with the cycles’ history.
