Axolotls and Platypus – Water Wonders!
A pink swimming under water lizard, it is an amphibian. Also often compared with great sea lions/ lizards, meet the perfect underwater pet – Axolotl, they are like magic! It lives in Mexico.
Next, I am sure most of you know this creature from anime or cartoons. It is neither an amphibian, a fish nor a bird. Meet the platypus, it sweats milk and produces venom from its leg. It can’t see or hear so it uses its beak like a compass to hunt the prey. It doesn’t have teeth or stomach, it swallows some stones to grind the food in the mouth and won’t know where the food gets entered from.
Geckos and Mantis Shrimps – Super Climbers and Punchers!
- Geckos: We have many varieties of geckos like Leopard gecko, flying gecko, Madagascar day gecko, frilled leaf tail gecko, Tokay gecko on most and though my god of the geckos gecko and electric blue gecko. They don’t even have eyelids.
- Mantis Shrimps: Wow! What a vibrant and iridescent colorful shrimp, it’s just these shrimp’s colours that make it look like peacocks. And just imagine their punch, it is enough to crack bones and glasses. These are very powerful shrimps!
