When I was 4 years old, I heard the word “Mermaid”. I wondered what is it, is it real or imaginary, a character or animal or a sea creature. From that day I began to think upon it, while playing, it came into my mind sometimes while bathing, sometimes while eating, while playing, I asked my best friend Pihu about it, I asked her “Are they real ?” If I want to meet her, can I have a talk with her. She suddenly burst into laughter and said, “Oh! silly head. “What are you talking about, the mermaids, those creatures. No, they are not real, they are only present in stories, films and movies. She told me her body structure, mermaids have a long tail and long hair. I got fascinated by her. Now it came in my dream, I wished I had a long tail and hair. One day, my wish came true. I felt, I had a similar body to a mermaid has. I was amazed. I was the queen of the kingdom. I had great fun playing with the colourful fishes, jellyfishes and the whales. I went to the surface of the water and lay on the seashore in the bright sunshine. This was the most enjoyable and memorable day. That’s when someone gave me a tight slap, it was my mom. When, I woke up from my dream, I realised it was my dream. It was all unreal.
