  • The European Union (a group of 27 European countries) and India will now work more closely by trading goods with each other.
  • As a result, many products will now be cheaper and easier to buy as taxes have been relaxed and fewer rules will apply.
  • The deal will make India and Europe stronger partners with less dependence on other countries for trade.
