- 1 mango
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ cup yoghurt (curd)
- 4 to 5 almonds
- 50ml water
- Sugar (optional)
- 3 to 4 mint leaves
- Ask an adult to help you chop the mango.
- In a bowl, add the chopped mango, oats, yoghurt, almonds, water and sugar if required.
- With the help of an adult, use a hand blender or a mixer-grinder to blend the ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture into a glass. Use mint leaves and a few pieces of mango to garnish the mixture. Your delicious mango smoothie is ready!
