Mango Smoothie

Mangoes are among the most delicious and popular fruits in the world. Called the king of fruits, mangoes are used to prepare a variety of dishes including pastries, puddings and kulfis. Use this easy recipe to prepare a tasty mango smoothie.


  • 1 mango
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup yoghurt (curd)
  • 4 to 5 almonds
  • 50ml water
  • Sugar (optional)
  • 3 to 4 mint leaves


  • Ask an adult to help you chop the mango.
  • In a bowl, add the chopped mango, oats, yoghurt, almonds, water and sugar if required.
  • With the help of an adult, use a hand blender or a mixer-grinder to blend the ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture into a glass. Use mint leaves and a few pieces of mango to garnish the mixture. Your delicious mango smoothie is ready!
