The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled a robot dog as part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 broadcasting team. This four-legged robot is equipped with a camera and can follow instructions and capture unique videos.
From walking to jumping, this robot dog can also perform a variety of movements, including making a heart shape with its fore limbs.
The robot dog interacted with several cricketers, including Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya, during the tournament.
This addition to the commentary team hopes to encourage technological advancements in sports broadcasting.
