Sabja Seed Pudding

This easy sabja seed pudding recipe uses coconut milk and fruits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon sabja seeds (also known as falooda seeds)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Mango or strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

METHOD

  • Soak the sabja seeds in water in a glass and let them fluff up. This takes about 10 minutes.
  • Sweeten the coconut milk with powdered sugar.
  • Once the seeds swell up, remove the excess water, add the sweetened coconut milk and mix well.
  • Leave the mixture for 10 minutes so that the seeds soak up the coconut milk.
  • Garnish with a fruit of your choice and enjoy!
