- 2 to 3 cups fresh watermelon juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (or less; use as per preference)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 7 to 8 mint leaves
- Popsicle moulds
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves to the watermelon juice. Mix well.
- Fill the prepared mixture in the moulds.
- Put the moulds in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy the popsicles.
