Watermelon Popsicles

Eating sliced watermelon or drinking watermelon juice is very refreshing. Use this simple recipe to make watermelon popsicles, which you can enjoy on a warm day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 cups fresh watermelon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (or less; use as per preference)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 7 to 8 mint leaves
  • Popsicle moulds

METHOD

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Add the sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves to the watermelon juice. Mix well.
  • Fill the prepared mixture in the moulds.
  • Put the moulds in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy the popsicles.
