For children who enjoy stories but don’t enjoy reading, Zoe Khanna, a class 7 student at Shri Ram School in Moulsari, Gurugram, has created her own podcast called ‘Speak Tales’. New writers can also test run their stories on her podcast. Zoe caters to children aged between seven and 14 years. Her market study indicates that 47% of users prefer to hear just the overview of a story while 67% enjoy reading. ‘Speak Tales’ is currently free, but in a year, Zoe wants to start charging ₹100 per month to listeners.
