Each day brings light with it
But the days follow a pattern of being lit
Brightly lit and then dimly lit
A question lingering and roaming in my mind.
My days lack nothing but a spark
Rarely it comes in times which are dark
Tell me dear spark, why don’t I see you more often?
Filled with colors, filled with joy,
Why are you behaving so coy?
I’ll hold the prism towards the day’s light
Anything but unsure that it will create a memory
Oblige to my request, teach my days how to smile
Answer me, won’t you be my remedy?
Break the pattern my friend
Only to change it into an even better one
I’ll only be attracted to your glamour
As I know you’ll also bring laughter.
