To enhance its postal service, British postal company Royal Mail has launched newly-designed postboxes featuring solar panels. In addition to the usual slot for posting letters, these postboxes are equipped with digital drawers for parcels that operate with the help of solar energy. Users can conveniently send parcels with the help of the Royal Mail application. Royal Mail is set to launch 3,500 such postboxes throughout the UK, including cities such as Manchester and Nottingham.
