An executive of Indian origin named Sabih Khan has been appointed as the chief operating officer (COO) of the technology company Apple. Khan, who has been associated with Apple for around three decades, replaced Jeff Williams. Khan became part of Apple in 1995 and has contributed significantly to the company’s growth, especially its supply chain, during his tenure. He played a vital role in enhancing the company’s operations, including its manufacturing function. He also worked towards ensuring that the company adopted eco-friendly practices. Khan, who was born in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, was associated with GE Plastics before becoming part of Apple.
