The fourth edition of the RobinAge Bright Sparks Awards received an amazing response, with a record number of entries pouring in from over 100 cities. As usual, our judges had a tough time picking winners, especially in the poetry category in Groups C and D. However, at the same time, we received many poems and news reports that were plagiarised—these were picked up directly from books and the internet and had to be disqualified.
The RobinAge Bright Sparks Awards programme is not about winning or losing; it is about enhancing your skills and cultivating them further. Through these awards, RobinAge hopes to create a generation of evolving, conscious young citizens who are creative and mature and carry a fine head on their shoulders. As we open up entries for RBSA 2018-19, we hope you will participate in the right spirit and help us mentor you to make the next generation principled, honest and bright.
Our judges this year were artist Arzan Khambatta, writer and poet Santhini Govindan and RobinAge editor Cherry Divecha-Shethia.
Like last year, this time too, we selected three best schools, based on both the quality (original entries only) and quantity of entries that came in. We proudly present all the winners of the RobinAge Bright Sparks Awards 2017-18.
