Saudi Arabia’s Cube-shaped Sky Scraper

The government of Saudi Arabia is building a huge skyscraper that will be part of the Murabba downtown project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The government of Saudi Arabia is building a huge skyscraper that will be part of the Murabba downtown project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Named Mukaab, this cube-shaped structure will be 400mts long on each side and 400mts in height. The structure will be one of the largest built structures in the world and its exterior will be made of overlapping triangular forms. It will be built in a 19sq km area that is being planned as a new downtown development for Riyadh. It will comprise hotel rooms, residential units and entertainment and cultural venues.
