Seating That Encourages Interaction 

A school in Kerala named Ramavilasom Vocational Higher Secondary School has introduced a novel seating solution for students, encouraging more productivity and interaction with teachers. Rather than seating children in rows, this school has introduced a semi-circular seating style, getting rid of the conventional idea of ‘backbenchers’. According to educators, this style allows teachers to observe and interact more closely with every student. This change was inspired by a Malayalam movie called ‘Sthanarthi Sreekuttan’ and has been implemented in a few other schools in Kerala as well.
