To ensure efficient and reliable transport services for students in Maharashtra, the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has planned to start a helpline for students that will be available 24×7. Students throughout Maharashtra have been availing of bus services by MSRTC and this helpline number is expected to strengthen this initiative by facilitating punctuality and accountability among transport authorities. The helpline will also help students flag matters such as operational issues or schedule problems with buses, facilitating resolutions.
