Prachi Dhabal Deb is an internationally renowned cake artist who has been honoured by the World Book of Records, London, UK, for making the largest icing structure, which measured around 4ft 6 inches in height and 4ft 6 inches in length. She created a vegan royal icing replica of the Milan Cathedral of Italy that weighed 100kgs. She has learned the art of making cakes under renowned cake icon Sir Eddie Spence MBE in the United Kingdom. Deb is known for making royal-looking luxurious bakes inspired by iconic structures around the world. She has also set a record for having made the maximum number of vegan royal icing structures.
