What you need to do to build a career as a chiropractor.

A chiropractor is a healthcare professional who treats a patient’s neuromusculoskeletal problems by manually adjusting the spine. Chiropractors also offer advice on exercises to be done and the diet a patient needs to follow to recover.

To be a chiropractor one must complete:

  • Class 12 in science
  • 3-year bachelor’s degree (BSc) in chiropractic
  • 2-year master’s degree (MSc) in chiropractic

Career Options: A chiropractor can work in a private or government hospital, spinal clinic, physiotherapy clinic or their own practice.
Job Roles: Chiropractor, chiropractic assistant and associate chiropractor.
