An Italian design studio called Lazzarini has planned to build a turtle-shaped tera-yacht called Pangeos in Saudi Arabia. The structure will be 550mts in length and 610mts at its widest points. It will cost approximately $5 billion to build and will accommodate around 60,000 people at a time. The structure will include shopping centres, parks, ports for aircraft and ships, hotels and other facilities and will be the largest floating structure on Earth.
