Corn Chana Canapés

What’s Diwali without some homemade goodies? MAYURA SIDHARTH creates some delicious traditional bites with a healthy twist for your celebrations.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled black chana
  • ½ cup boiled corn
  • ½ cup boiled and cut potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • Pinch of rock salt and chaat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • 12 canapés

METHOD

  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix them well.
  • Fill the canapés with the prepared stuffing.
  • Enjoy as tea-time party snack or as a side dish.
