Five days before summer break
Was my last for April School
I fell sick and for the four days
Being absent wasn’t cool
It lasted till the end of school
Then started my vacation
It’s my first out-of-the-country trip
It is well known Singapore-Nation
I went through the Monumental Towers
Night Safari caught my eye
Universal Studios, Adventure Cove Waterpark
I got to say it’s no lie
When I once returned from the trip, I was gone for
The idea was so ironical
So, the official time which I usually dislike
Was starting- The Boredom Chronicle
Textbooks vs Tracksuits
My life’s an ultimate showdown
The textbook where the drama is fake
And home tuition is a boring renown
Summer days stretch long and bright
Boredom’s familiar, an interminable face
Clouds drift by without a care
But excitement’s sparkle will take place!!
